As lead commercial specialist within the firm, Katherine focuses on office, retail, land, multi-family, and industrial properties. Of course, Katherine regularly works as a tenant representative as well.

Having spent years in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Katherine cut her teeth in commercial real estate with Colliers. There she spent her tenure as a developer consultant and tenant representative. Today, Katherine works with a variety of client-types including mid-size firms, large corporations, and even non-profits. She is well versed in working with local and state agencies, as well as the Federal government’s General Services Administration for lease opportunities and acquisitions. Katherine boasts 27 years of experience in commercial sales and property development.

Katherine’s passion is assisting her clients as an expert in project development from start to finish. Exceeding satisfactory monetary goals for her clients is her priority, but secondarily the substantive relationships she builds along the way are vital.  Her experience and innumerable successful transactions have yielded an expansive network of trusting clients. In fact, a significant portion of her work is "off market,” simply by connecting her network of buyers and sellers.

To further bolster her real estate acumen, Katherine is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In addition to brokerage, she and her business partner Marcus Duffey operate Conrad | Duffey Commercial Properties (CDP) as analysts and consultants for commercial real estate development.

Katherine Conrad is a fourth generation Montanan, and member of the renown Conrad family (Conrad County, Montana). Today she lives on Flathead Lake’s Finley Point with her husband, visiting daughters and grandchildren.
